THE SHORT & SWEET
Hey babe, I am Chelsea! I, like many of you out there, have struggled with body image and self acceptance (like a lot). I was overweight my entire life and decided to change this out of the hate I had for myself and my body.
What I realized was that even when the weight was lost, the hate I had for myself still remained. After many years of self reflection (and many failed attempts at this too) – and an overall tiredness of my own negativity, I began to make a change. I changed my mindset; to love myself first, and to
make all other changes in my life because of the love
I have for myself, and the appreciation I have for my body at all stages. I now take the knowledge I’ve gained by figuring out how to switch from a negative mindset to a more positive one, as well as tips and tricks I’ve learned to become confident and comfortable in my body and share that with YOU!
I know that this isn’t a journey with a definite end point, and there are many ups and downs along the way. But by switching up your thought process with what I teach you, I am sure you can become the YOU that has always been hiding deep inside.
