Read This if You’re Feeling Stuck


So there’s you. And then there’s the person you want to be. And all you see is this huge gap of space and work in between. An in-between filled with a lot of unknowns.
And so you get so caught up in all this work and time in the in-between that you just get so overwhelmed and anxious.
You don’t know where to start, you don’t know all the steps along the way, and it’s pretty terrifying.
And so you stay stagnant.
You don’t start moving closer to the person you want to be.
Because the thought of the in-between has left you frozen.

And so you stay.
And everyday that you stay, you just get more and more anxious at the thought that you know you need to do all the things but you just don’t know how to start.
So you beat yourself up.
Blame yourself for staying where you were. For not moving forward.
And you wind up in a downward spiral of self doubt.
Your inner dialogue is firing off all those negative thoughts you just can’t fight away.
And you are just so so stuck.

If this is you. I want you to focus. Take a deep breathe. And know; it will be okay.
And all it takes is a small step each day to work toward the person you want to be.
Envision her. What would she think, say, do?
Work towards that. Just a little each day.
And first things first- stop blaming yourself.
We are designed to seek comfort, and that is what we have been doing.
But we need to dig out of that comfy little space and put in the work to make a NEW comfy space.
Just little by little each day.
